DAANZ Policy on Mandatory Forms

Player Registration Form

The DAANZ gathers information on the players participating in affiliated tournaments using a standard form (download in rich-text format). Tournament Organisers may vary the layout and presentation of the form, but all the components of the standard form must appear on their form for the tournament to be affiliated.

Game Data Form

The Results Custodian requires accurate data on the outcome of the tournament and of each game played in the tournament. A standard game data form (download in rich-text format) is available for recording data on individual games as they are played.
